The long, slow strokes of the massage helped to soothe her weary muscles and the experienced hands worked into her tight spots, releasing the tension and allowing her to relax.

At one point, Jane let out a long, satisfied sigh as the masseuse massaged her chest, working away the knots and tension that had built up there. The masseuse moved down to her thighs, kneading and pushing her muscles downwards and then upwards again.

Towards the end, the masseuse used calming, soothing massage strokes to completely relax Jane’s body. She then finished the massage with aromatherapy oils to further relax her. Jane lay there for some time afterwards and finally she felt completely relaxed and de-stressed.

As Jane left the massage parlour, she vowed to always make time for herself and go for a massage when life got too overwhelming.
