She then moved on to Gemma’s back, taking her time to analyse the areas of tension and then apply the right amount of pressure to release them. This was followed by a foot massage and then a massage of her legs and arms, each technique carefully applied to ensure maximum relaxation and release.
By the time the massage came to an end, Gemma felt completely at ease and relaxed. Helena had used the perfect combination of deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and reflexology to give Gemma an unrivalled level of relaxation. She thanked Helena and promised to return again soon.
Gemma left feeling satisfied and calm, and felt reborn after her massage. She couldn’t quite believe how much had changed since she had arrived at the massage parlour and was definitely planning to return for another massage in the near future.
