The smell of jasmine and lavender oil filled the air, with a hint of incense. It was the perfect ambiance for massage. The soft music playing in the background provided a calming atmosphere as I reclined onto my therapy bed, ready to receive some much-needed restorative massage.

As I lay there, all my worries and cares melted away, and I allowed the tranquil setting to lull me into a relaxed and peaceful state. The therapist moved from my back, down to my legs and feet, massaging them firmly and providing relief for aching muscles. My breathing slowed and I felt myself slip into a deep, dreamless sleep. I let my mind drift off into an abstract world of coloured shapes and pleasant thoughts and time lost all meaning as I slowly drifted away.

When I awoke, I felt a renewed vigour and a pleasant tranquillity that seemed to seep through my entire body, like a balm made of pure relaxation. My body felt completely rejuvenated and my mind was clear and at ease. I thanked my therapist and gave her my heartfelt gratitude before departing.
