The sheets were warm and cozy, and the smell of coconut oil filled the room. My massage therapist began with a deep tissue massage that worked out the tension in my back and neck. Then, she moved on to other parts of my body- the feet, legs, arms and face. She touched me with such tenderness that I felt like I was melting away into nothingness.

The massage was fantastic, and when it was over I felt completely rejuvenated. As I left the massage parlours, Renee handed me a bottle of water, a few chocolates and a thank you card. I thanked her and headed off into the sunshine, feeling refreshed and with a smile on my face.
