Every few minutes, she asked if I was comfortable and checked to make sure I was completely at ease with the service. I felt myself drift off as the massage progressed, a state of utter relaxation.
The massage ended with me feeling as though a huge burden had been lifted off me. I felt energised and relaxed. My masseuse had been attentive and soothing, and it was clear that she had been trained in the art of massage.
On my way out of the massage parlours, I was handed a leaflet with information about their other services. I glanced at it and decided to return for more treatments in the near future. I waved goodbye to the staff and stepped back out onto the street with a renewed sense of calm.
