Once the massage was complete, I was taken to the shower area and asked to lay back in the hot tub. The warm waters relaxed me even further, and I felt as though all my stress had melted away. Next up was a body scrub. The massage therapist used a special scrubbing glove and exfoliated my skin with a mixture of sugar and honey, which felt glorious and left my skin feeling invigorated and soft.

Next, I was taken back to the massage area and I was asked to lay on the massage table, face up. The massage therapist then started to massage my body again, this time using a different set of pressure and massage techniques to further relax my muscles. Once the massage was complete, I was asked to lie there for a few minutes to let the massage continue its healing effects.

When the massage was finished, I was escorted back to the reception area and asked if I’d like to book another appointment. I definitely would, as I was feeling so relaxed and refreshed. All of the staff were friendly and professional, and I knew I’d found a place of solace and healing.
