The gentle but firm strokes increased circulation and alleviated stress and Jane felt her body slowly melting into the table beneath her.

It also helps to release tension and break up scar tissue, ultimately leading to more effective healing and the reduction of stress. Jane felt the knots in her muscles releasing and her body slowly straightening as the practitioner slowly massaged each area of her body.

The massage then moved onto Sports Massage, which is focused on stimulating circulation in the muscles to improve performance levels, reduce fatigue and speed recovery time. Jane felt her energy levels rising as the practitioner kneaded her. After the Sports Massage, Jane was ready for her next indulgence – a hot stone massage. The hot stones were laid out across her body and moved in long, deep strokes to break up knots in the muscle and improve flexibility. As the heat from the stones seeped into her body, Jane felt her muscles becoming even more relaxed and her body feeling lighter than before.

The massage concluded with a luxurious chocolate massage. Jane lay down as the massage practitioner slowly drizzled warm cocoa massage oil across her back, neck and shoulders. The blend of cedarwood, lavender and nutmeg oils together was incredibly soothing and the smell was delightful. Jane felt her mind and body drift as the practitioner used a gentle circular motion to massage the cocoa oil into her skin.

When Jane finally stepped out of the massage parlour, she felt relaxed, rejuvenated and energised.
